Masking for E-Coating (Electrocoating)

E-coating (electrocoating) is a wet immersion process where parts are submerged in an electrically charged paint bath. Unlike powder coating, the masking challenge in e-coating involves both high-temperature curing (up to 204 °C) and the need for a watertight seal during immersion to prevent paint ingress.
