Polyimide Plotter Foil (with Liner)

Polyimide (Kapton) plotter foil is a polyimide tape with a silicone adhesive on a PET liner, allowing it to be cut into custom shapes using plotter machines. Our standard width is 19.7", but other sizes are available upon request. Suitable for high temperature applications up to 500°F. 

Processes: powder coating, e-coating, anodising, plating, soldering.
Maximum temperature: 500°F (260°C)
Spec: tape 1 mil backing with 1 mil glue (total thickness 2 mil), liner thickness 3 mil

Note: the liner is 0.8" wider than the tape. 19.7" tape -> 20.5" total width.
This reduces glue build up in the cutting machine, minimizing maintenance.
